Who We Serve:

Children & Adolescent Therapy
Children and adolescents experiencing trauma or difficult life experiences need a safe, supportive, and trusting space to heal. Our trauma-informed approach recognizes how trauma can affect emotions, behavior, relationships, and a child’s sense of safety. Through age-appropriate, evidence-based therapy, we help young clients process difficult experiences, build healthy coping skills, strengthen emotional regulation and self-esteem, and develop resilience. Therapy is individualized to each child’s developmental needs and may include collaboration with parents or caregivers to support healing, connection, and lasting well-being.

Couples Therapy
Trauma can affect how we communicate, trust, connect, and respond to conflict within a relationship. Trauma-informed couples therapy provides a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental space for partners to understand how past experiences may be influencing their relationship and patterns of connection. Together, couples can work through trust concerns, communication difficulties, emotional disconnection, conflict, and the effects of past or shared trauma. Using evidence-based approaches tailored to each couple, therapy focuses on building emotional safety, strengthening communication, developing healthy patterns, and restoring trust and connection. The goal is to help partners heal, grow, and create a stronger, more secure relationship together.

Individual Therapy
Trauma-informed individual therapy provides a safe, supportive, and confidential space to explore how difficult or traumatic experiences may be affecting your thoughts, emotions, relationships, and daily life. Therapy is tailored to your unique needs and pace, with a focus on building trust, emotional safety, and healthy coping skills. Using evidence-based approaches, we work together to process difficult experiences, strengthen emotional regulation, build resilience, and develop a greater sense of self-awareness and control. The goal is to support healing, restore a sense of safety, and help you move forward with greater confidence and well-being.
